Kat is a Learning Experience Design & Operations Lead for the continuing education department at Procore. She is responsible for developing the creative vision of educational courses for a team of designers, while ensuring the team is operationally supported and efficient in their processes. She began her career with a Graphic Communication degree from Cal Poly, and expanded those design skills by learning video production and animation. Her first job was a Multimedia Designer for a marketing agency that focused on non-profit campaigns, and then she made her way to Procore’s educational department where she’s been for the past 7 years. Kat has a strong passion for education and using her creative skills for good.
